WE ARE NO LONGER OFFERING A FREE DELIVERY SERVICE .
To order and send payment Call: 07971 437542 or use our secure payment gateway through paypal, you do not have to have a paypal account to do this.
DELIVERY WITHIN 14 TO 28 DAYS of order for STOCK items
Ordering
Payment can now be made by credit or debit card through our simple shopping cart and paypal.
You can also call to order and send a cheque, goods will only be despatched when we recieve cleared funds. (call 07971 437542)
Prior to ordering we ask you to take time to check if there is enough space to fit your furniture in. Please take into account any skirting boards,pipes etc.
Please check there is enough access for ease of delivery,eg adjioning doors to close, or narrow stairways.
You will be charged extra delivery costs for any undelivered item due to the above reasons.
Order Confirmation
We will Email you with an order confirmation and invoice. Please check at this stage that the details are correct and notify us immediately of any errors.
Order Cancelation
To cancel an order we ask you to state in writing, either by Email within 7 days, quoting your order confirmation number and reason for cancellation. A full refund will be paid back to your account within 14 days.
We reserve the right to cancel and give a full refund if:-
1 We have insufficient stock
2 We do not deliver to your area
3 Due to a price error or typographical error
Before we deliver to you
As soon as your order is ready to be despatched we will call you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Our delivery drivers will do their best to accommadate a suitable time for your convenience, please ensure you give at least 1 telephone number for us to contact you during daytime on the day of your delivery. We will do our best to keep to a time slot but cannot guarantee this.
Small items are delivered by parcel post and are usually not time specific
When you recieve your order
Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm , weekdays(excluding Bank Holidays) and we will need a signature when the delivery is made and items checked. DELIVERIES ARE GENERALLY NOT TIME SPECIFIC BUT WE WILL TRY AND ACCOMODATE ANY REQUESTS.
For heavy Items drivers will need assistance when unloading. If this a problem we need to be notifed before we despatch your order, a charge will be made for extra delivery personel.
Drivers will not be expected to lift heavy items alone. For this reason if items were unable to be delivered a delivery charge may apply
Assembly
Most items come fully assembled but there may be certain large pieces such as beds, wardrobes and dining tables that will need some assembly, instructions and tools will be supplied where neccessary. Some items of Nova garden furniture will need assembly.
Refunds/returns
We ask you unpack (if possible) and check your order immediately and make sure there is no damage, however mattresses will not be refunded if the protective cover is removed, please try with cover on.
Any damage to packaging or goods should be carefully looked at and if you are not satisfied the delivery person should be notified before they depart. There may be a returns charge if you decide to return the goods after this time. If you are not satisfied with your order please notify us within 7 days. We will will arrange collection within 28 days (depending on area this may take longer) Once we have recieved and checked the goods we will issue a refund. A returns delivery charge may apply if there is no valid reason for return of goods.
